We are very excited to welcome you to our 21st Annual U.S. Conference in Rosemont, IL. Join us for this long weekend of support, education, and community.
Scroll down for more information, including the course overview, registration, hotel details, and conference agenda.
For 20 years, our conference has offered incredible opportunities to meet other clusterheads and to learn from experts about how to manage this challenging condition. We hope you will join our family.
The conference will begin on Thursday afternoon with small group discussions. Join us in the evening for the Director's Reception, Registration, and more small groups to help you get oriented and meet other attendees.
Friday and Saturday will be full days of educational and support-focused presentations. Many presentations will be eligible for CME/CEU credit.
Sunday morning will include social gatherings.
Your hotel stay includes daily breakfast and a happy hour each evening.
Lunch will be provided by Clusterbusters on Friday.
On Saturday evening, friends old and new are cordially invited to join us for dinner and our award ceremony. This year's theme is Halloween. Attendees are encouraged to dress up and join in the fun!
We want participants to be fully aware that in the sessions and social settings during this conference, difficult topics such as suicidal ideation, anger, trauma, and self-harm are sometimes discussed by participants and speakers. This conference is intended to be a safe space where such topics can be discussed openly, as they are common themes among clusterheads and their caregivers. We believe it is important to maintain this open dialogue as it is part of creating a community where everyone feels understood, and nobody has to explain themselves.

If at all possible, please order oxygen from your supplier to be delivered to the hotel on your behalf.
For those who want to learn about oxygen or do not have vacation service through their provider, oxygen will be available at the conference. You can check out a tank for use in your hotel room, and there will also be oxygen close to the ballroom space in case you have an attack during the meetings.
Please bring your regulator, wrench, and mask. We will not be able to supply these items.
Limited travel scholarships are available for those who cannot otherwise afford to attend. These funds are not intended to fully fund anyone's travel, but are intended to supplement those with limited means. Please ask for only what you need. We will always try to help as many people as possible. Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
Note: If you are applying for a scholarship, please do not register for the conference when applying. Don't worry, a spot will still be available for you. You will receive instructions to register with your scholarship response letter.
